Perhaps stainless steel chamber shield shutters don't come up in everyday conversation; but if you work for us at Highland Scientific then actually that might not be true. Not that we all walk around speaking in an engineering version of "tongues" (a religious reference FYI) but, as with many niche businesses, there is a tendency to exclude those not in the know by using terminology such as this.
